With partners who possess unique expertise, we establish start-up companies, which have the potential
to succeed in the market and be highly profitable under conditions of acceptable risk exposure.
In these companies, we demand to get the majority. Our contribution to these projects consists of financing
the initial stages of these companies’ existences. We participate in setting up the fundamental firm
processes, as well as jointly deciding on the commercial and marketing strategies. At the appropriate
time we sell our stake to the partners, or to the other financial or strategic investors.
We acquire a one hundred percent or controlling share in selected, perspective, companies. We further
develop these companies in order to increase their performance and market value and, thus, utilise the
cash flow generated by them or sell them to a suitable strategic investor.
We finance the further development of established companies – their restructuring or expansion
(in the form of capital acquisition or the provision of a loan).
On the basis of the agreed mandate, we represent the seller or buyer in the sale
of a company and provide all services related to the deal.
