We receive offers for the purchase and/or sale of small and medium-sized companies from all branches of business.
We carefully analyse, evaluate and subsequently incorporate these offers into our portfolio of investment opportunities.
From this portfolio, we afterwards select those companies in which we actively participate in the form of
direct investment – increasing of registered capital, purchase of current owners’ equity shares or the provision of
subordinate debts. To those companies which do not meet our actual investment plans, we offer them the possibility
of our brokering their sale, as well as representing the owners of these companies in the acquisition process.
In the area of real estate, our activities are mainly concentrated on the acquisition of real estate in auctions.
Our team of experts thoroughly analyses the acquired information and makes an exhaustive selection from
the real estate properties on offer and chooses those properties which have a substantial difference between
the potential acquisition and selling prices. Thanks to our extensive real estate database, we also offer the possibility
of acquiring specific custom-made properties to match the investor’s requirements.
We offer claims from our extensive portfolio or pooled investments in the new claims packages,
whose characteristics meet the requirements of investors.
